The announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on matters related to the adjustment of the export tax rebate policy for aluminum and other products is as follows:
1. Cancel the export tax rebate for aluminum, copper and chemically modified animal, plant or microbial oils and fats. Second, the export rebate rate of some refined oil products, photovoltaic, batteries, and some non-metallic mineral products will be reduced from 13% to 9%. This Announcement shall take effect as of December 1, 2024. The export tax rebate rates applicable to the products listed in this announcement are defined by the date of export indicated in the export goods declaration.
